With SOARVO, you can effortlessly share your projects and locations with others. There are four types of users you can choose from:
- Admin: Full access to everything and complete management control.
- Project Manager: Can create projects and locations, upload data, and choose users to share with.
- Editor: Can interact with shared data, and create or edit features and attributes.
- Viewer: Can view projects and locations and use measuring tools, but can’t make changes.
To manage users, just click on the account icon in the top right corner of the home page and select User Management.

Just enter the user’s details and pick the role you want them to have. It’s that simple!

Once you have entered the details that user will get an email to go and create an account
The Account Status will show as unconfirmed until the user has completed that process.
Once the account is displaying as confirmed, you are then able to share Projects and Locations with the user.

To share a Project or Location click on the 3 dots and select Share

Then choose the confirmed user from the list
