SOARVO allows you to different levels of user access to your data.
Admin – full account access and management
Project Manager – Able to create Projects and Locations and upload data
Editor – Can interact with the data and create or edit features
Viewer – View only access to projects and locations
To access the user management section click on the account icon in the top right hand corner of the home screen and select User Management

You will see the User Management panel

Click +New user to add a user to the account
Enter their details and email address and choose their account role.
The account will show as unconfirmed. The user registered will receive an email to invite them to create an account with a password. Please note that this email may go to their Junk folder

Once the user has logged in an created their account it will show as confirmed in the user management panel.

To delete a user highlight them in the user management panel, and click the red delete button

Sharing Data
To share a whole project or an individual location with a registered user click the 3 dots to access the menu on the home screen and click Share

Select the user you wish to share the data with, and they will immediately have access to that data at the user role level you have selected for them

The home screen will show the users you are sharing the project or location with, and you can remove access at any time
